  • You can come for lessons at least 3 days a week, including at least 2 weekdays. If you can only come on weekends, we can't accept your application.
  • You have a juminhyo (residence certificate) in Japan.

Getting your first license

    We ask a few questions about your schedule and driving experience, and suggest a plan.

    Pay the ¥30,000 enrollment fee

    We take a limited number of new students each month. Spots go to those who pay the enrollment fee first.

  4. At home

    Start studying

    We send you the study materials for the Karimen written test.

Converting a foreign license
